*​In the event of a tie in body fat percentage loss during the "Shortcut To Summer Challenge," the tie will be broken by awarding the participant who has lost the greater total pounds of body fat. This approach ensures that overall fat loss is appropriately recognized and rewarded.

*If there is a tie on muscle mass (lbs) then both winners will split the $ value of a Ninja Creami ($199.99) in Visa Gift cards. ($99.99 ea)

*The winner of the "6-Day, 7-Night Cruise to Mexico" will receive a $1,200 gift card (or equivalent) for use on Expedia, Kayak, or a designated cruise booking platform.
